Dr. Duncan serves as the president of Sustainability and Energy Value Advisors . He has 40 years of combined experience at all levels of management. In addition to 25 years as Chief Analyst building teams to monitor and predict financial market shifts for Fortune 500 companies, Dr. Duncan has a broad background in science, engineering, and the arts. He spent 20 years as design engineer and troubleshooter for new process development, construction, and operations, where he produced several patented processes. He founded and was CEO of a multinational company that produced high performance fuel additives and specialty lubricants. Some of his more notable clients were several Formula I teams. In 1995 he sold his interests in the company and returned to the academic world as a professor of undergraduate and graduate chemistry, mathematics, physics, and nutritional biochemistry. In 1998, he joined the then infant beginnings of economic thermodynamics where he led successful efforts to design and build financial data models for predictive analytics. Dr Duncan has spoken to audiences in several countries and across the U.S. on a wealth of topics including risk mitigation, predictive analytics, and, more importantly, applying meteorologic and climatic data to understand and mitigate dynamic shifts in market fundamentals. He is a featured and popular keynote speaker at numerous conferences and symposiums year-round.
Jack Belcher serves as the vice president of the Sustainability and Energy Value Advisors . He has over 30 years of experience in sustainable development and public policy. Mr. Belcher advises private and public sector entities on sustainability and climate-related disclosure, standardized sustainability practices and climate risk assessment and resilience. He serves as a principal at Cornerstone Government Affairs, Inc., a bipartisan, professional consulting firm with a specialty in sustainability planning. Mr. Belcher previously served as a regulatory affairs and policy manager for Shell North America’s Exploration & Production Division, and staff director for the U.S. House of Representatives Subcommittee on Energy and Mineral Resources. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Texas at Austin and is TCFD certified by the Climate Disclosure Standards Board and the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board.
Brent Greenfield serves as the secretary of the Sustainability and Energy Value Advisors. Mr. Greenfield advises clients on sustainability program development and implementation, including through assistance with current state assessments, peer benchmarking analysis, and materiality determinations. Mr. Greenfield also serves as vice president and counsel at Cornerstone Government Affairs, Inc., a bipartisan, professional consulting firm with a specialty in sustainability planning. His professional and public policy experience includes positions with the Office of the Federal Communications Commission Chairman, White House Office of Counsel to the President, and Bush for President 2000 campaign. Mr. Greenfield received his Doctor of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law and Bachelor of Arts from The University of Texas at Austin and is TCFD certified by the Climate Disclosure Standards Board and the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board.

Geir Vollsæter has more than two decades of experience in energy, climate and environmental matters, including carbon management strategy and ESG. His background includes work in waste to energy, oil and gas, energy intensive industries and renewables, as well as the European and global policy arenas.
Geir has served on the executive boards of many companies over the last 20 years and participates in government and industry led committees and task forces tackling the international challenges of technology development, environment and regulation within energy intensive industries. Geir has chaired several government mandated task forces and committees such as Process 21 for CO2 capture and storage and recently concluded work to support the EU EESC’s Opinion on critical raw materials.

Golden uses big data, modeling and analytics to analyze the risks, unintended consequences and opportunities of government policies and corporate actions to related to the transition to a Net-Zero Carbon Economy with a focus on the resiliency and reliability of energy transitions.
At Syracuse University Dr. Golden is the Pontarelli Professor of Environmental Sustainability and Finance in the Maxwell School, the nation’s top ranked school of public policy. He founded and directed at the Dynamic Sustainability Lab. Prior to Syracuse Dr. Golden led major research centers at Arizona State University and Duke University. He has served as a University Vice Chancellor and University President and CEO as well as leadership positions in the private sector including a fortune 250 environmental services company.
